What Is Slumbr?

Slumbr. Collective is a family-focused sleep and wellness practice dedicated to helping parents and children find rest. Founded by Emma, a certified sleep and wellness coach, Slumbr takes a gentle, personalised approach to sleep challenges — supporting families with practical strategies, emotional reassurance, and science-backed solutions.

Meet Emma – The Heart Behind Slumbr

Hi, I’m Emma — the founder of Slumbr Co, but most importantly, mum to two beautiful girls, Sophie and Aria, and wife to my biggest supporter, Bijal.


Slumbr was born from my own journey as a parent. Like so many mums and dads, I quickly realised how overwhelming and isolating sleepless nights, constant advice, and the pressure to “get it right” can feel. I saw a real gap in support for parents — a need for gentle, practical guidance that empowers families rather than overwhelms them.


That’s why I created Slumbr Co: to be the safe place I wish I had in those early years. Here, I combine professional sleep and wellness expertise with a deep understanding of what family life is really like — messy, beautiful, and ever-changing. My goal is to walk alongside you, helping your family find rest, confidence, and brighter days ahead.
